Aims: 

To enable participants to discuss and enhance their safeguarding knowledge and skills in a supportive learning environment, reflecting on latest updates in effective practice approaches.

To have received and understood updated knowledge about safeguarding legislation and guidance.

Exploring key themes emerging from Safeguarding Adults Reviews.

To have discussed the Making Safeguarding Personal agenda and know how to evidence in practice.

Reflect on the challenges to working with resistant.

To have to reflect on key messages from the Courts in relation to safeguarding practice.

Explore the concepts of professional curiosity.

Case examples will be used to enhance learning.
