Childhood bereavement – how can you support adults to support children?

Why is the conference so important?

Did you know 46.9% of deaths in England occur in hospital (Public Health England, 2016)?

Many of your patients will be a: parent, grandparent, sibling, or someone else important to a child.

Do you feel confident in supporting an adult when someone important dies in a child’s life? Understandably, many staff report they feel under confident.

This conference will give you tools to support you to enquire and think ahead for an adult.
